By accessing and using Zusyvaa's corporate team-building workshop services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zusyvaa. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations

Users of Zusyvaa services must comply with the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking processes
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized reproduction of workshop materials
• Conduct themselves professionally during workshops and maintain respectful communication
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed payment terms

3. Service Limitations

Zusyvaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Our services are subject to availability and may be limited by factors including but not limited to geographic location, technical constraints, and capacity limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues. Workshop schedules may be subject to change based on facilitator availability and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, methodologies, and proprietary techniques used in Zusyvaa workshops are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to workshop curricula, training materials, assessment tools, and branded content. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials solely for the intended workshop purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Limitations

Zusyvaa's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Users participate in workshops at their own risk.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during workshops and registration processes will be used solely for service delivery and improvement purposes. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats.

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy

All fees must be paid in advance unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled workshops may be eligible for partial refunds. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop or for no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure events.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations before initiating formal dispute resolution procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding. Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits against Zusyvaa.

9. Modifications and Updates

Zusyvaa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
